Colac Paediatric Clinic

A multidisciplinary Paediatric Clinic is based at Colac Area Health for children and families within the Colac Otway Region.  

What we do

The Paediatric Clinic sees children with a wide range of general paediatric problem. The Paediatric Clinic operates using a shared-care model. This will mean that the Paediatric team will work closely with your GP to help manage your children and family’s ongoing health care.

What days of the week do they consult?
Paediatric clinics are held on most Wednesdays, by appointment only.

How to access this service

You will need a referral from your GP or Specialist. Referrals can be emailed to cah.[email protected] or faxed to

03 5232 5190.

Referrals are triaged and allocated by the Paediatric Team. 

What to bring

On the day of your appointment please bring your Medicare Card along with any other documents that will assist the

Paediatric Team, e.g. Maternal and Child Health book, recent scans/results, School or Specialist reports or these can also be emailed to [email protected] prior to your appointment.
